Vision

The Vision of Okanagan Training Solutions is to become the leader in Management Business Solutions in the Okanagan by assisting participants to manage their priorities with less stress and allow them to regain control over their daily lives.

Okanagan Training Solutions will assist our clients to decide what’s important, what to do with the information and then how to deliver results. We will teach people a better work load management skills, which will allow them to experience a positive work life balance !!!

Mission

Our Mission at Okanagan Training Solutions is to introduce our clients to our 8 step program which is broken down into 3 key elements. The experience gained in these programs will allow all graduates the ability to regain control over their day to day lives with less stress, by the enjoyment of a positive work life balance and increased overall effectiveness.

This powerful program has the potential of recouping 40 to 70 minutes per day.

Decide - Deciding by defining your purpose and establishing your goals

Do - Implement by focusing on your resources, managing your priorities and measuring the effects

Deliver - You will Deliver by owning the performance, influencing the participants through continued improvement
